Hands-on help
If you need hands-on help in your business and have challenges requiring an expert to be present regularly but temporarily, then we offer services as an 'Interim CTO'. A member of our team will help you as a CTO for a set period, whether on a full or part-time basis.
A guiding hand
We also offer a CTO retainer service if you need a more hands-off approach but some ongoing guidance. We’re very flexible and happy to work around your needs, whether you need us for a couple of hours or a couple of days every month.
People first
We pride ourselves on our people-first approach. We'll develop your existing teams and improve your culture when we work with you. We don’t believe in ‘tearing everything up’ and throwing out your existing people and work. We'll use what you've got and improve it, bringing you the desired results.
The Scryla Story
Meet Tim Ng, the driving force behind Scryla. Tim's journey began as a software engineer. Over his 20-year career, he's worked in tech and operations, ranging from startups to large corporations such as Fujitsu.
Tim was working as an Operations Director in finance when he became frustrated with the sluggish pace of technology adoption within his industry. Recognising the pivotal role tech plays as a business differentiator, Tim decided to take matters into his own hands. He left his job to establish Scryla, a boutique consultancy, to fill the technological expertise gap many companies were falling into.
Tim's vision and dedication soon attracted a team of experts from diverse areas, forming the backbone of the Scryla team.
The team’s values reflect Tim's passion for transformation. We believe in the power of technology to drive change and enhance businesses. We share one common goal: to work closely with tech startups and SMEs, helping them shape their culture, empower their leaders, develop their people, and harness technology to unlock their full potential.
